We endeavor to preserve the quality of every special piece we deliver to you, however in the event that the item does not reach you in the expected condition, please review our return and refund policy.
- Refunds - All items (excluding custom made items) are subject to a 30 day refund limit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
- Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item has been fully inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Custom Items - All personalized and customized pieces, including but not limited to: framed, personalized, inscribed, made to order and custom products are not available for return (unless damaged in transit and reported within 48 hours of delivery).
- Discount and Sale Items - Only items purchased at full price will be refunded, any items purchased during a sale or using a discount code cannot be refunded.
- Shipping Returns - Please email justin@jhgenerationcollectibles.com or hannah@jhgenerationcollectibles.com to arrange the return of your product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are none refundable. Depending on the value of the item you are returning, we would advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
